we DO require a card on file no-call no show fees! You will NOT be able to book an appointment without adding a valid card on file More than 2 no call, no show appointments will result in no longer being able to book with me unless contacted directly. There is a $20 fee for any No Show appointments. Our cancellation policy requires you to give us [24 hours] notice before canceling an appointment to avoid a cancellation fee. If you cancel/reschedule within this timeframe, you will be charged a $20 cancellation fee. as we have reserved this time specifically for you and may not be able to fill it with another client. For any cancellation please give a 24hr notice. There is a 10min late grace period, anything past that time will be considered a no-show appointment and will result in a $20 fee. If you are running late please let me know so I can give you an appointment at a later time instead or so we can reschedule on time if needed. Please be mindful of my time & the time of my next client. I am located inside a barbershop so you can message me and let me know once you have arrived or take a seat in the sitting area that is there. If bringing any kids please make sure they are able to sit on their own and not running around as I have to lay you back for a period of time and not have you moving too much. If there is any non compliance to any of these policies the service will be dismissed and will result in no longer being able to book. Any additional questions, you can contact me directly. Thank you!
